التعريف بخدمة تأهيل مقدمي خدمات المدن
تقدم لكم وزارة البلديات والإسكان أفضل اللوائح، واستمرارًا للجهود التي تبذلها الوزارة بالتعاون مع الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين لتنظيم وتمكين مكاتب وشركات الاستشارات الهندسية وزيادة عدالة المنافسة، والارتقاء بجودة الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين، أطلقت الوزارة مبادرة "تطوير اشتراطات ومعايير التأهيل لمقدمي خدمات المدن".

والتي تهدف في مرحلتها الأولى إلى توحيد اشتراطات ومعايير التأهيل واستكمالها لعدد 5 خدمات بلدية وسكانية، وهي: (إصدار رخص البناء، إصدار الرخص التجارية، إصدار رخص السكن الجماعي للأفراد، الإشراف على رخص البناء، الإشراف على الحفريات).

وعليه، يسرنا دعوتكم لحضور ورشة العمل التي تنظمها الوزارة بالتعاون مع غرفة القصيم بعنوان "التعريف بمتطلبات ومعايير تأهيل مكاتب وشركات الاستشارات الهندسية"، والمقرر انعقادها بمشيئة الله يوم الأربعاء 12/1446هـ الموافق 28/5/2025م في تمام الساعة 10:30 صباحاً، بمقر الغرفة ببريدة - قاعة الشيخ عبدالله العثيم - الدور الثاني.

Which aims in the first stage to unify the requirements and criteria of rehabilitation and their completion of the number of 5 municipal services and residents as follows: (issuing construction licenses, issuing commercial licenses, issuing collective housing licenses for individuals, supervising construction licenses, supervising the excavations).

Accordingly, we are pleased to invite you to attend the workshop organized by the Ministry in cooperation with the Qassim Chamber, entitled "Introducing the requirements and criteria for qualifying offices and engineering consulting companies", which is scheduled to be held, God willing, on Wednesday, 12/1446 AH corresponding to 5/28/2025 AD at 10:30 am, at the Chamber's headquarters in Buraidah - Sheikh Abdullah Al -Othaim Hall - the second floor.
